Florida Safe Pools (hereafter referred to as “FSP”), its administrators, and assigns are guardians of the information collected on this Site. FSP will not sell, share, or lease this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. FSP may collect information from you (hereafter, User; collectively, Users) at several different points on this Site.

Registration
In order to use this Web site, no registration is required.

Forms
FSP may request User information through online forms. Via these forms, Users provide contact information (like email address, name, and telephone number). FSP administrators and designated personnel may use this information to respond to User queries or confirm entries for various promotions. FSP will only solicit Users for information required to fulfill

“Cookies” and Sessions
A “cookie” is a small text file stored on the User’s computer or mobile device containing data about the User. Similarly, a “session” is a transient connection between the User’s computer or mobile device established to validate the User’s ability to interact with certain features of the Site. If a user wishes to subscribe to one of our publications, we ask for contact information such as name and email address.

Occasionally, FSP requests information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is voluntary and the User may decide whether or not to disclose information. This may include contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (zip code, county). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Third Party Sites
FSP may “link” to partner Web Sites and services. These site have their own Privacy Statements and FSP urges Users to review them. FSP does not disclose personal information to partners in ways other than described in this Policy.

Notification of Changes
Changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on the Homepage so Users are aware of how information are collected, used, and (if applicable) disclosed. If personally identifiable information is used in a manner different than what this Policy originally stated, affected Users will be notified via email, and Users will have a choice as to whether or not FSP uses their information in this situation.
